We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

3. Products & Services

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Colours of products may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and the natural variation of textile dyes. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.

6. Shipping

We offer delivery across India. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. The Unhurried Life is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Free shipping on orders above ₹2,999; Cash on Delivery is available. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹200 will be added at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is outlined separately on our Returns Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of YPK Ventures LLP or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
