Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

• Email us at madhav@ypkventures.in with your order number and reason for return.
• We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
• Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from us.

Conditions for Return

To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following:

• Returned within 7 days of delivery date
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags intact
• Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Snack products (food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at madhav@ypkventures.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The Unhurried Life is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
